Ars Flagranti
Kunst und Stahl is realized by a core artistic team and an extended group of collaborators whose expertise spans metal fabrication, technical production, material research, logistics, and installation. The project relies on close, process-oriented collaboration, with each contributor involved at different stages of development, from early material testing to final spatial realization.
The collaborative structure allows the project to move fluidly between artistic concept and technical execution. Decisions are shaped through ongoing exchange between artistic intention and material feasibility, ensuring that metal is not treated as a supporting element, but as an active component of the work.
Contributions range from structural construction and surface treatment to precision detailing and installation planning. While individual roles vary, all collaborators are integrated into the development of the artworks, supporting a shared approach to durability, craftsmanship, and material presence. This collective working process forms an essential part of Kunst und Stahl, reflecting the project’s emphasis on dialogue between disciplines rather than hierarchical authorship.
